The company responsible for sales on the Website inside the Italian territory is JAVYK ITALIA, Luxury Parfums and Cosmetics Distribution, S.R.L., hereinafter “JAVYK”. JAVYK was incorporated on 05/25/2010 and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce Industry Handicraft and Agriculture of Turin under VAT Number 10324170017, with registered office at Ettore de Sonnaz n.14 0 10121, Turin, Italy.

3. Website
The VERSET Website (hereinafter “the Site”) is an e-commerce platform accessible via the Internet at the URL http://www.versetparfums.itser, which allows access to anyone without requiring prior registration or satisfying any other condition.
The Site allows everyone to navigate freely within it to discover the offered products, their main features, price, purchase terms and conditions, completely free of charge and without obligation.
4. Professional Area of the Site
The VERSET Site features an area specifically created for professionals (hereinafter “the Clients”), which can be accessed via the URL http://pro.VERSET.com/italia/it/ and is used to receive orders and ensure personalized support for our professional clients.
Professionals are natural or legal persons who purchase VERSET products, manufactured by the company, for subsequent resale.
In order to provide a personalized service, access to the Professional Area of the Site is reserved exclusively for professionals. Professional clients must request access by calling + 39 800 726 914.
Access allows them to manage their orders, make payments, and request refunds using the appropriate form.
5. Requirements to Access the Professional Area of the Site
The client must possess the necessary legal capacity to exercise their business activity and will also be required to read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Contract, as well as the privacy and data protection policy, before registering for the professional area.
6. Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use for the Professional Area of the Site
The exclusive use of the Site by clients is governed by the General Terms and Conditions, and the Terms of Use for the Professional Area of the Site (hereinafter “General Terms and Conditions”), provided below. Please read them carefully, as accessing and using the content on this Site implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Access to the Professional Area of the Site and the information contained therein are completely free, except for the costs incurred for the telephone connection and other means used to establish the connection.
Clients who use the Professional Area of the Site declare that:
- they are of legal age, with the necessary legal capacity to enter into a contract under the contract laws of the State in which they reside, and hold legal authorization to fulfill these Terms and Conditions, which they expressly accept without exception under their own responsibility;
- they have previously read, understood, and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Contract and the privacy and data protection policy;
- by using the professional area of the Site, they expressly and fully accept the clauses set out below, accept full responsibility for any full and/or partial failure to comply with them, and understand the consequences that may arise from any violations.
7. General Terms and Conditions of Contract
7.1 Requirements to Make a Purchase in the Professional Area of the Site
Professionals. The Professional Area of the Site is reserved for natural and legal persons normally involved in business activities, or professionals who purchase products manufactured by VERSET for their subsequent resale activity (hereinafter “the Client”).
Age. Anyone wishing to make a purchase on the VERSET site must be over 18 years old and must possess full legal capacity to undertake and complete a commercial transaction.
Registration. The Client must request access to the Professional Area of the Site by calling +39 800 726 914 to enroll in the Professional Area of the Site, and must provide their personal data, address or PO box, and all details required to identify the place to which VERSET must ship the products purchased by the Client, as well as all details required for billing and payment of the goods.
Acceptance of the Offer. Once the order is placed, the Client will receive information regarding the product prices, including details of the amount to be paid, before the order is accepted. The Client must accept the price, product, and delivery terms and conditions to confirm the purchase. Before making the payment, the Client can choose from several payment methods available on the Site.
7.2 Description of the Purchase Process on the Site
The Client must follow the steps listed below to purchase products on the VERSET Site:
- Review the products offered by VERSET and sold on its Site, where the price, presentation, quantity or content, and main features of each product are indicated, along with the delivery terms, conditions, and shipping costs. Certain products are subject to specific terms and conditions, such as purchasing a minimum number of units or meeting a minimum order amount for each purchase.
- Select the product. The Client must select the product by clicking the “Buy” button; in this way, the selected product will be added to the cart and the application will display information regarding price, taxes, and shipping costs. The Client can choose to complete the purchase by selecting the “Go to checkout” option, or continue browsing and add more products to the cart.
- Acceptance of the Offer. The Client must click the “Confirm Purchase” button to proceed with the purchase process and place the order. Confirmation implies acceptance of the offer as displayed on the Site, with details of the chosen product and the total amount payable (which includes product price and shipping costs, as specified on the Site).
- Payment. The Client can select from the various payment methods available on the Site and must pay the total purchase amount, including product price and shipping costs where applicable.
- Contract Confirmation. After completing the payment, the Client will receive an email detailing the order, the price paid for the purchase, and a copy of the purchase agreement.
- Product Delivery. VERSET will deliver the product within the timeframe indicated on the Site.
8. Offered Products
VERSET sells perfumes and cosmetic products manufactured by the company, duly identified with registered trademarks owned by VERSET.
Products offered by VERSET are displayed on the Site, where detailed information about the products, their main features, contents, price, and any minimum order units required for certain products can be found. The Client must read this information before confirming the order.
Products offered by VERSET may be subject to stock fluctuations during certain periods. If VERSET runs out of stock for products in which a client is interested, VERSET will immediately contact the Client to inform them of the situation.
The Client may choose to cancel the order, select a different product, or wait for the product to become available in stock again. In the latter case, the Client will be informed of the approximate estimated wait time. If the order is cancelled, VERSET will immediately refund the entire amount paid by the client for the purchase made.
9. Price
The price of products offered by VERSET is stated in euros and does not include taxes.
Special offers are valid on the dates specified on the Site and depend on stock availability.
VERSET will inform the Client of the total amount to be paid for the order before confirming the purchase, providing an itemized breakdown with product prices, tax amounts, and shipping costs shown separately so that the Client knows the full details before confirming the order.
10. Product Shipping Costs
Before confirming the order, VERSET will inform the Client of the shipping costs for the purchased products and the minimum purchase amount required to qualify for free shipping.
Shipping cost information is generated automatically by the Site. The application will specify the product price and shipping costs once one of the products offered by VERSET is selected.
11. Acceptance of the Offer
Confirmation of the order by the Client implies acceptance of the offer and the obligation to register and make payment on the VERSET site. Once this process is completed, VERSET will send the Client an order confirmation email providing details of the purchased products, a breakdown of the price, and a copy of the purchase agreement. The Client will receive the invoice for the purchased products once the goods have been delivered.
12. Payment
The Client may make the payment by choosing from the different payment methods available on the VERSET site: cash on delivery, PayPal, or credit/debit card.
Payment by the Client represents a prerequisite for product delivery. VERSET will not deliver any product that has not been paid for in full in euros for the amount accepted by the Client in the order form.
The Client guarantees VERSET that they have obtained the necessary authorization to use the selected payment method. Total or partial failure to comply with payment obligations by the client will result in the cancellation of the contract.
13. Delivery of Products
VERSET will deliver the products to the address provided by the Client within the timeframe indicated on the Site, which may vary from 72 hours, starting from the day following the date of approval and payment of the order.
Upon delivery, the Client must receive the products and verify that they match the order. If the Client refuses to accept the goods without justified cause, VERSET shall have the right to terminate the contract, and the Client will be required to cover any damage caused to the goods due to the delay in receiving them.
14. Product Inspection by the Client
When the goods are delivered, the Client is required to check that the products comply with the order regarding quantity and quality, and that there are no defects. If the products exhibit any of the aforementioned defects, the client will have the right to submit a claim within 60 days to VERSET via the following email address [servicioprofesional@VERSET.com] or by calling the toll-free number: [+ 39 800 784 012 or + 39 800 726 977], operating during the following hours: [Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.].
Furthermore, if products are damaged during shipping, the Client may request a free replacement of the product through the Professional Area of the VERSET Site. If the products requested for replacement are out of stock, the Client may opt for a refund of the amount paid for the product that VERSET is unable to supply.
15. Product Warranty
VERSET shall be held liable for any defect found in the products for a period of two years.
If the Client expresses dissatisfaction with the purchased products because they do not correspond to the description, conditions, or quality indicated in VERSET's offer, or because they are unfit for use, or contain defects or anomalies in quality, presentation, or any other circumstance that makes them different from the information provided in the offer on the Site, the Client may request a replacement of the product, a price reduction, or termination of the contract from VERSET.
Product Replacement. If the Client opts for product replacement, VERSET will collect the unsatisfactory product and replace it with the one specified by the client, with free shipping.
The client can submit a request or claim directly to VERSET by sending an email to servizioclienti@versetparfums.com, explaining the reasons for the claim and the requested remedy.
16. Intellectual Property
The Website and all graphic elements contained therein, as well as registered word, figurative, or three-dimensional trademarks, registered designs and models, logos, static or moving graphic images, and all other works protected by intellectual property rights are the property of Verset Health and Beauty, S.L. or JAVYK (“Protected IP”). Where JAVYK is not the owner of the Protected IP, it uses it under license from Verset Health and Beauty, S.L. (“VERSET”). The use of the Website by the client does not imply any authorization or license to use elements protected by industrial and intellectual property rights. The client is strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, publishing, processing, manipulating, altering, modifying, or making any other use of protected content.
The purchase of Products by the client for their subsequent sale and distribution does not authorize or grant the client any permission or license to use the company's registered trademarks and distinctive signs, nor the designs and other content protected by industrial and intellectual property rights, including the domain name.
The client must refrain from using elements protected by industrial and intellectual property rights, as well as from copying, manipulating, and altering them in any way that might imply the existence of a relationship or association between the client and JAVYK.
The name “Verset” is protected by registered trademarks, both as a word and as a graphic representation or logo, and any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. For example, the client may not use registered trademarks or any similar mark to apply for domain name registrations, nor as an identifying element of the client on their own Website, shop sign, promotional or advertising brochures, or business documents (invoices, delivery notes, receipts, etc.).
Unless the client has obtained prior written authorization from VERSET, they may not use any elements protected by industrial and intellectual property rights belonging to VERSET, such as: trademarks, designs, models, logos, images, domain names, texts, videos, or any other company elements. The client may neither copy nor use elements protected by industrial and intellectual property rights in a way that exploits the prestige and reputation of the “Verset” name.
Breach of this obligation will constitute a violation of VERSET's industrial and intellectual property rights, leading to the termination of the commercial relationship and the initiation of legal action for infringement of exclusive rights and unfair competition. The client will be held liable for any damages caused to VERSET, including payment of adequate compensation and any amounts resulting from unjust enrichment.
17. Place of Contract Formation
Agreements concluded through electronic means in which a consumer is a party are presumed to be concluded at the place where the consumer has their habitual residence. Agreements concluded by electronic means between entrepreneurs or professionals are presumed to be concluded at the place where the service provider's establishment is located.
18. Applicable Law
Italian law applies, specifically the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005); the E-commerce Decree (Legislative Decree 70/2003); and Italian and European Union regulations on industrial and intellectual property applicable to this agreement.
19. Dispute Resolution
VERSET states its intention to resolve any dispute that may arise with the Client through an out-of-court settlement agreement. If such an agreement cannot be reached, the Client may resort to an ADR body pursuant to Art. 141 of the Consumer Code.
Alternatively, the Client may opt for a voluntary civil mediation procedure pursuant to Legislative Decree 28/2010 – civil mediation (Leg. Decree 28/2010), at a Mediation Body registered in the telematics Register of the Ministry of Justice.
